MWEB.....WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!!

I called mweb about the black Friday special with R509 for first 6 months and R679 for rest of the time. I accepted.they said I didn't need connection as there is a connection. But I discovered there was no ONT device on the premises that j had just moved to. Been calling mweb for 2 weeks but keep getting pushed to different departments and promised people would call me but no one does. Their phones ring non stop with no answer either. They told me a previous tenant line is still connected and I should send my proof of address and they will ask vumatel to force disconnect that line so that my line can connect. But nothing has been done so far. Call again and put on hold with a promise of a call back but nothing! And they debited my account with the R679 instead of R509. They said they would refund but haven't done so.
