mweb/vumatel useless!!!!!!!!

I regret the moment I decided to renew my service with mweb together with their equally useless partners, vumatel.

I paid my account by 7am on 20 Oct,l and received acknowledgement of payment. Account still not activated.

Since Monday, I've been calling into mweb and was given assistance by countless people that they'll investigate and revert i.e. Aspen Zizipho (twice).

I've responded to vumatel mails requesting that they call, no luck.

Quite frankly, I've received better service from saps and the post office!!!!!
