Mweb/Vumatel the worst!!

Long soppy story shortened,31Aug22 app**** for the Vumatel special of R19 via Mweb, only to be told my line is occupied.After countless proof of address sent I’m yet to receive my fibre.Pillar to post between the two one telling me to “just request a circuit release” still nothing.24 nov 22 mweb asked again for my details and I obliged still to be waiting. Evertime i follow up i have to start my story, repeat the proof of adress sending only to be met with silence. I am still waiting at a loss for words 🤔😢
