Mweb/VumaTel terrible services

Mweb and VumaTel are the worst internet service providers ever, I would not recommend them to anyone. I have been sending multiple complaints and communication to them with no tangible response.

I was not notified about the activation of the DStv package nor provided with any login details, yet I am in arrears for an amount of R R1 980,47. Additionally, I have made several complaints regarding the services rendered. I also requested the termination of my VumaTel fibre connection around February/March 2024, yet deductions are still being made. The Fibre network has been inactive since February 2024, but on the 15th of every month an unauthorised amount of R399 is deducted
