Mweb/Vumatel shame

Started my order on the 29th of April 2024 with an existing installation and 0 service currently at my address. To my surprise I've been told I have an active service or pending order. I've called all parties involved, sent numerous emails with zero luck. Till today my line cannot be activated for service. I have sent my proof of address with the ONT serial number and still no luck. What does it take for such services to be sorted after the customer has called so many times.
