Mweb/Vumatel Horrible

I have been having endless issues with mweb and Vumatel they have been cutting out my fibre connection and then indicating this would be a fault of mine yet I have not moved any route or even cord and they wand to charge me R1500 I am so disgusted at they customer service people as I have never met so *********** people in my life, I had to explain what a light on the router even means, she was extremely slow and took over 5 minutes to send a single reply
