MWEB/VUMATEL

I app**** with MWEB for uncapped fibre deal in July 2020 which till date my application was not successful after numerous emails sent. At first I was told I already have a pending deal as per my address given which I couldn't understand as this was the first time I'm applying.

I then discovered the address they were referring too is not my address, I was asked for proof of address which I provided and confirmed my correct address and still I couldn't get any assistance. I was even told to send a pin location of my address which I gladly did from google maps and still no deal.

After being given a run around for months I was then told, "sorry your address does not support fibre the is no infrastructure where I reside". To say the least two of my neighbors have fibre with the same ISP VUMATEL, the same deal I'm applying for and I'm now told the is no infrastructure. (A FIBRE POLE WAS INSTALLED RIGHT AT MY GATE).
