Mweb/vuma

I moved premises mweb got vuma installed at my new place on ***3 today it’s the ***3 and my internet is still not working. I can’t work it’s school holidays my kids can’t watch tv I was promised it would be up in 48hours it’s 5 days later and still no service. Can a manager call me urgently and fix this issue. Can’t get through to any agent. Once I got through I get transferred left right and centre so unprofessional. As a loyal customer for over 3 years. Cancelling this is on my mind. ***.
