MWeb/Vodacom. WORST ISP EVER!

MWeb/Vodacom , Worst ISP ever! My internet connection was down 4 times for hours in the last month. When you phone MWeb all they say is "Vodacom knows about it". They can't give you any other information. If you log a query on their App, they don't reply to you, only days after they will reply with a generic message. I will not recommend them to anyone.
