MWEB..THINK TWICE BEFORE SIGNING UP!

ARROGANT, ARROGANT, ARROGANT!! My experience with 2 of MWEB's sales agents. They were clearly on a mission to test one's patience with their sarcastic remarks, not even to mention their unwillingness to listen to the customer's concerns!

I'm very grateful that I was able to cancel my "not even active yet" account with them (and believe me the sales agent was not even a bit dissapointed about my decision, clearly I was doing him a favour). I'm positive that there is a service provider out there who will not show away business in these trying times that we are experiencing!

MWEB.. Very competent to sign you up; not so competent to see the sale through and deliver!! Customer service and satisfaction is not the main goal!
