Mweb/Telkom ****mers

I've been struggling with Mweb to reconnect my services.

I missed a debit order because they billed me the incorrect amount. I had been paying R650, but suddenly a debit order for R798 was processed. I immediately transferred R800 to them, but my services were disconnected despite sending proof of payment. Then, an additional debit order for a higher amount went off two days later. At this point, I want to cancel the services because I'm GATVOL and switch to MTN, where I'll get a free router and it will only cost R499. Mweb/Telkom are ****mers, and their network coverage is terrible, constantly disconnecting.
