Mweb's terrible service

Mweb installed router 2 weeks ago at my place. Router has never worked for even a single day. Yet they debited me a day after installation. I have been calling technical support call center everyday, all they are saying is they can't pick the router they installed and they can't do anything to assist. I have requested a number of times for call centre manager to call me back, no has called back. I am highly disappointed in their service and the worst part is I am paying for a service I am not receiving.
