MWEB'S TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I cannot get through on any phone number. I leave messages on the app, nobody even bothers to get back to you. They bill me for 50mbps, but all the tests that we run are below that. I am not getting any joy from MWEB!!!! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE PHONE ME!!!
