Mweb's service is pathetic!!!

Have been struggling for a month and a half to get mweb to activate my fibre optic line. Their service is absolutely pathetic - like dealing with a government department. They never answer their phones and never honour their undertakings. This company should not exist. Am going to cancel my dstv as well. I refuse to support this company any further. Pathetic!!!
