MWEB's Service is appalling!!! We have been waiting over a month to get our product activated!

MWEB Service has been completely appalling. We have been trying to get a product with them since 2021/03/04. It is over a month and nothing has been done. We are on the phone constantly waiting 30 mins, which is not a toll-free number, just to let them tell us they can't help us.

We have been in contact with Vumatel ourselves to help the process along. They have been very pleasant and quick to respond.

I cannot stress enough how disappointed we are in the way we have been treated! We have spent more than we can afford on the number provided waiting in queues and leading to a dead end.
