Mweb's "service delivery"

We have no internet in the Parlock area since Sunday. Everyday my husband calls Mweb to no avail all they tell us is Vodacom says there is an outage but there is no end in sight as to when this will be sorted. NOBODY at Mweb can give an answer as to when this issue will be fixed. No correspondence no feedback whatsoever from them. We logged a service request on the 7 June 2022 but there is no feedback as to when a technician will come out. Disgusting service
