Mweb’s poor service delivery

I received a call from Chante Dollie on the 30th of November 2023 after I made an inquiry for internet. She promised that the router will be delivered in five days and if I had another router that they’d be able to connect to that however that was not the case, after six weeks of no communication from mweb they send me a text saying that they will debit my account after 5 days but debit my account the next day after requesting Chante Dollie to cancel more than once, still no communication about the router and when internet will be connected. This has been the worst experience.
