Mweb's poor and disgusting service

I'm not impressed with the service at mweb. It all started when I informed them in October that I'm changing my address and I need them to get my fibre sorted at my new place. They don't respond to emails and when I call they keep telling me they will respond to my email but never do. Apparently they have a backlog but to my surprise, the backlog doesn't exist when it comes to them debiting my money from my account when they didn't provide me with internet for a month.
