MWEB's non-existent customer support

I have tried over two weeks to recapture my wife's e-mail account that it cancelled by its own mistake, an account held for many years. It is the worst service I have ever encountered. Not only do you have to hold on for hours, but they cut you off when you get to first in line. Promise after promise is not kept when you eventually manage to speak to someone. Forget about being able to speak to a manager.
