Mweb's Most Atrocious Customer Service Experience Ever.

Mweb's customer service is the most pathetic. Their call center experience is atrocious. Never in my life did I have to wait 1:30 hours for a call to be answered. The worst of it I already spent over R200 to get through to no avail. All I get is looping elevator music with a robotic voice counting me down. I've spent R50 the R150 on airtime, and all 3 times I had no success getting through.
