Mweb's live chat is useless!

What a joke, m-web now has a "live" chat feature, EVERY TIME I try and use it, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING happens on the other side. Waiting, and waiting, and waiting. NOT GOOD ENOUGH M-Web !!!
