Mweb's Integrity very questionable

Am bitterly disappointed with Mweb's Services. They cut my WiFi alleging non payment. When I signed up I gave them correct Banking Details. They incorrectly sent the Debit Order to FNB. Now I am being penalised with a suspended service out of no fault of mine. I am been punished for their mistake which they are trying to wiggle out of. Did not expect this from them. My pleading with their Sameega fell on deaf ears as she seems paralyzed to reconnect my service will certainly not recommend anyone to use this ISP.
