MWeb’s incompetence

MWeb is terrible with incompetence agents, I recently moved from one unit to the another on Saturday I reached to inform them and that they should redirect my service, the agent by the name of Zama told us it will be fine by Tuesday and that she logged in our request, Tuesday we tried to call them the whole day and the issue today is still not resolved.👎🏾👎🏾. We can’t even work we can to go out to a coffee for Wi-Fi and get we paying R750 for their services
