Mweb's incompetence

I cancelled my Mweb application with Sabri.dramat of Mweb and was given a refund for 349.00 Mweb tried again to deduct money today after I cancelled. Not only did they ignore the cancellation, they delivered a router on the 29th of July. I didn't sign for the delivery, but the lady in the main house signed for it. I am so sick of this. I'm in a wheelchair and all this stress is causing havoc.
