Mweb's horrible customer service

Mweb is the worst. I'm a loyal customer who has never missed payment! This month my payment was late because I just moved to another and I forgot to pay. They were so quick to disconnect my wifi. After I was disconnected, I promptly made payment and settled my and settled my account. My family has gone 2 weeks without wifi even though I've paid. Horrible customer service! They don't even answer call. I'm so angry! Will I get a refund for the 2 weeks without internet? Horrible service. They don't value customers at all!!!!!
