Mweb's Fibre does not work properly

We moved over to Mweb's fiber from Telcom and since we made the change our internet has been nothing else then horrible. Internet speed changes constantly and for some reason the wifi throws our devices off every 20 min. When you try to ask for help they just say they can't see any problems and thats about it. Our ADSL line was 10 times better.
