Mweb's False Promo Pricing & Terrible Customer Service

I am extremely frustrated with Mweb’s billing practices. I signed up for the MTN promo in November, which clearly stated I would be charged R389 per month. However, to date, I have NEVER been charged this amount. Instead, my account has been debited R419 every month, and when the payment doesn’t go through, I’m charged R459!

I have an official confirmation email stating that I am on the promo, yet my billing remains incorrect. I have only been leaving R389 in my account, as per the agreed promo price.

I have been on the phone and sending emails to them every month, but they are of no help. Their customer service is the worst(a bunch of idiots)—there’s literally no service!
