Mweb's failure to solve my Internet problems

I am disgusted with Mweb. They must be the worst Internet service provider in South Africa. I have been without internet for 3 weeks and I have been trying to reach them everyday without success. All their 087 and 021 numbers go to a call centre, which gets you to hold for more than an hour until you give up. In some instances they just drop you. What type of provider can't be reached when you have problems with the service you are paying for those services? Surely, these must be the biggest ****mers in the country.
