Mwebs disgusting service

Worst customer service, if you even get a service from them that is! Open ticket since 23/09/22,no one bothered to get back to is via a phone call, fibre not working since then, set up a direct debit and they cancelled the current account we have and put through a new order instead however not one of them that works in that big company could resolve the issue of simply cancelling the new order and keep current order open! Kept on calling to resolve the issue and got cut off repeatedly. Decided to cancel and go with a provider that can provide a service and was told we have to wait for 1 month for services to be cancelled and have to pay for the service for that month. Really, pay for something I am not receiving? Wait 1 month for it to cancel when its already cancelled (since it doesn't work) in my opinion! Absolutely ridiculous service, or lack of it thereof, but quick to tame payments!
