Mwebs disgusting service

Mweb has not rendered any service to us for 2 months now. Our internet is not working yet we getting billed. I have tried canceling over 20 times and no one responds to emails, the call center agents don’t help and make you go in circles. Every time I’m transferred the call cuts. I will not pay a cent because no service is being rendered. They have blocked my account but are still charging me. This is ******* and I would never recommend anyone use them. This is the most appalling service ever received. Absolutely and undeniably a ********** company.
