Mwebs delivery is ridiculous

last week I have activated a fibre package and everything was going fine for one day till last week Thursday June 6th where my router did not pick up any internet I phoned mweb and they said they will have to deliver a new router which will take up to 3-5 working days I phoned them again today June 11th and now they are saying it will take 2 to 3 weeks??? This is ridiculous I did not pay for wifi to not use it.
