Mweb's Customer Service -PATHETIC!

Mweb's customer service is PATHETIC !!!!

I have requested a move on the 10th of June for the 1st of July , its now the 14th of July and they still haven't installed at my new premises

I have been calling everyday since the 1st of July and spoke to numerous agents who couldn't give me any update and gave me the same story over and over of they are going to escalate and nothing has been done

I am beyond frustrated at this point

My advice do not get your fibre through Mweb !!!
