MWEB'S CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS GONE FROM BAD TO WORSE!!!

It seems like it's MWeb's new "customer service policy" is to IGNORE their customers and customer requests. MWeb, your service has gone from BAD to WORSE!!!

I am STILL waiting for my queries to be answered. I have emailed a change of OTP form to the email address provided, but notice that NOTHING has been done about it.
