Mweb's CRM and Billing: A Source of Constant Frustration

I’ve been with Mweb for about 3+ years, and their CRM and billing systems are the worst I’ve experienced. Getting hold of technical support is nearly impossible, phone queues drop calls after 10 minutes, and the chat system is dysfunctional. Billing errors are common, and there’s no way to contact them beyond phone and chat. This has been incredibly frustrating, and Mweb needs to improve their customer support urgently.
