Mweb/Openserve astonishingly slow to activate FIBRE

Fibre application done on 29 December 2020- today is 11 January 2021 and no activation done yet.....installation is already done....very frustrating that Mweb says they wait on Openserve who is not contactable. I used Facebook Messenger for Openserve and I receive a message today asking if anyone helped me.....after 13 days no action!
