MWEB........not nice way to treat a new customer....sies man!!

Horrible service. If you considering.....STAY AWAY......they dont explain t&c and then hold you liable for thousands of rands when you cancel because of their bad service. When you receive your router then you on your own, no technician to come to assist , long waiting when you call sometimes half hour to speak to a rude mweb person. And i cancelled on the same day when we tried to set up the fibre....we not experts.....you treat your clients bad......or maybe you just treat your rich clients with dignity
