Mweb/Evotel Bad service

I called Evotel regarding my speeds and was informed it's a 2mbps and 10mbps but I'm paying close to R700, the speeds are supposed to be way faster. Evotel told me to call Mweb. I called Mweb and they advised that the speeds are 20 up and 20 down. I've been transfered from pillar to post to have this resolved where the last staff member, Ty said he will transfer me, i provided jim with my contactbdeyails but he drop the call. My wifi is hardly operational with the low speeds and I've been paying for months.

I've been paying for a service but did not receive the service from whoever is responsible Evotel or Mweb. Refund me all the months I've paid for this service and cancel my contract.
