Mweb!!!!disappointment!!!!

very big disappointment,I've called a yes back justy for an enquiry yet mweb has been trying to deduct fees from my acc leaving me to pay penalties, I've called and was told it was cancelled and i will be recompensated with still no change. I've called again and haven't gotten through!!im at my wits end with mweb
