MWEB.CO.ZA AFTER MONEY FOR NO SERVICE PROVIDED

I put one star just because there is no way to put "zero" star because according to my experience Mweb does not deserve even one star. My bank account was debited of R249 the very first day I was contacted by their agent via phone as I was subscribing online. That was the 29th of August 2024. And from that time till today 30th of September 2024, nothing has been done is term of installation of internet service despite my multiple calls using my airtime. Mweb help service is completely useless chatting with agent like Yolanda, Mbali, Kanisile for those I can remember the names. Right now I am trying to contact them to get refunded and their online chat facility is just pathetic.
