Mweb...........beating all other ISP's to the bottom of the barrel!

Apart from an initial contact by email advising of the WACS undersea cable break & the fact that Mweb & their infrastructure partners are "working hard to deploy additional network capacity" Mweb has not given their Customers any updates regarding any progress in mitigating this disaster. Their portal & app has the same message they put up initially.

Vodacom, Mnet, Openserve & other ISP's have all either contacted their Customers or given media briefings regarding the current status.

Not Mweb.

Too much of an effort.
