App**** for fibre services 7 march already. Received modem but to date NO INSTALLATION!!! call centre promised would be contacted within 72 hrs well. 1 week later still no contact. Call centre useless dont answer phones. E mails return "inbox full". The app also uselsse. MWEBB YOUR SERVICE STINKS. COME FETCH YOU MODEM I WILL NOT BE PAYING ANY FEES
