Mwebb cannot close my account because of an Error on their system.

I have been literally trying to cancel this subscription for weeks now with no end in site. i have spoken to 4 different consultants from billing etc and all of them said there was an error and someone else will call to resolve it. Secondly they said i cant close my account because there is an error on their system so i must still pay monthly until they can sort out thweir system, what nonsense is that?
