MWEB...absolutely disappointing!!!!

Terrible service, or should i say lack of service. Cant get through to log a fault. I have been without internet for a day, no response via whatsapp or the app, yet they advise to do everything on the app. Terrible terrible. I am without internet and cant do anything. Live chat responds by saying that they are looking for an agent to assist. Eventually, they say that agents are not available. I will NEVER recommend MWEB to anyone and i am considering changing my service provider!!! Absolutely disappointed!!!
