This is a very bad company when its come to service, I've log a fault from Sunday 5 November 2023, up until today no one is calling, sms or email, I've been calling them everyday to follow up on the issue everytime the natter us been escalated, what worries me is that today day is a 6 day withought using their WIFI but for sure full payments they going to take. I'm very worried in a way that I want to cancel, which other company for WIFI us the best? Im not safe at all because the cameras are not functioning, they don't care about their customers
