Mweb - Your service sucks!! You should be ashamed!!!

If you're reading this, consider yourself lucky because nobody warned me! DONT USE MWEB. There are many great Fibre providers out there and Mweb, according to my experience, is not one of them. My wife and I placed an order for a Vuma Fibre Line, the price was confirmed and everything was supposedly in order. On Monday 3 June OpenServe technicians arrived at my house. I was on the phone for an hour, with strangers in my house who did not know what to do as well because they were given my address.

I demanded to speak to a manager and I was told the manager is in a meeting and would call at 9:30. At 9:55 I called again and I was told that the manager is in another meeting but they promised to speed up my installation because of the inconvenience I experienced. I sent the OpenServe technicians away and I was told we were going to be sent an SMS with login details so we can track the order online. I did not receive the SMS.

I decided to call today to follow up on the SMS and I was told that the SMS was not sent because THERE IS NO ORDER ON THE SYSTEM!!!!!!! Really though guys?? Really??
