Mweb your service is pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beyond pathetic and bad service, logged a call due to no fibre service on 10/2/25 mwb***5 , daily calls and follow ups and promises from Mweb to have matter resolved and making my query high priority, nothing , not a phonecall , SMD or email from them to say whether matter has been resolved or that they are still attending to it. So nearly a week and I'm still without service, R300 airtime down the drain which is a lot of money for a pensioner, Mweb you guys take 1st place for pathetic and poor service in my book
