Mweb your aftercare service sucks.

I am a new customer with Mweb. We have a month to month wifi router and have been experiencing some yechnical issues. I have logged queries via email, their chat online and made a phone call just this morning to request assistance and ease to I would receive the information via SMS and I am still here waiting to be helped. Mweb had the worst aftercare service ever. I am very disappointed. Very disappointed indeed. Their website is not user friendly at all. I called fro. My cellphone and was number 1 for more than 10 minutes. You guys suck eggs. Big time.
