Mweb you suck

Mweb you really suck and have *********** staff so bad. I signed up for fibre and nothing was done yet and then wake up to find R1050 rand deducted of my bank account. It turns out some fool linked me up to my exes account which was changed about 7 years ago when we divorced and I paid his bill. How the hell did you get this right different address different account like really. You pushed my stress levels up and it took an hour and a half out of my day to sort it, plus cost me R25 to reverse the debit order and put a block as Im sure you could do the same thing next month. Thanks for a *** start to 2020 I no longer want my fibre account with you because you guys suck. Terrible imcompetence at another level.
