MWEB - you need to up your game!

Been waiting over a month for mweb to assist with a new fibre connection. Such poor service after being our service provider for 30 years! Staff at the call centre are unhelpful. You wait hours to speak to anyone if you are lucky enough not have had your call disconnected. Now I have a new email address and the OTP to access it just doesn't come through. Mweb it is time to up your game. Really shocking to say the least.
