MWEB YOU NEED TO DO BETTER

Not me coming on here to complain, however finding NUMEROUS complaints from other people. MWEB YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!

I have also tried calling them ample times, if u don't wait for forever....you receive an auto voice advising that "they are unable to take your call right now" How is a call center unable to take calls? Please explain? There chat box dont work! I have emailed them last week and was advised that someone will get back to me with in 24-48 hours, it has now been more than a week! But there's nothing wrong with them when u missing a payment and they can disconnect ur internet instantly without even giving u a heads up. The lack of communication is disgusting. NOT WORTH THE SIGN UP FOR THOSE LOOKING!
